RichDiamonds Returns and Exchanges Policy
At RichDiamonds, we take pride in the quality of our pre-owned luxury jewellery and watches, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you wish to return an item, we are here to assist.
Your Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your purchase contract within fourteen (14) days of receiving your item(s). This applies to all products purchased online from RichDiamonds. To exercise this right, you can either return the jewellery, handbag or watch in person at our store or ship it back to us within the fourteen-day period, unless otherwise stated. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Conditions for Returns
- All returns must be in the exact condition in which they were sold, including: Unworn condition
- All original packaging, including boxes, papers, stickers, seals, and protective covers.
- Items must not have been altered, resized, or damaged in any way.
- Items showing signs of wear or damage, or that have been altered, resized, or modified, will not be accepted for return. Our trained team will inspect returned items to assess their condition, and we reserve the right to refuse returns or charge reasonable restocking fees if the conditions are not met.
Shipping and Insurance
The purchaser is responsible for all costs associated with returning the item(s), including shipping, insurance, and any customs fees. Please ensure the item is adequately insured and securely packaged for transit, as RichDiamonds is not liable for any loss or damage incurred during shipping.
Refunds and Exchange Process
Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, we will process your refund or exchange within thirty 30 days. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Please note that:
- Delivery charges are non-refundable.
- If an exchange is requested, it is subject to stock availability at the time of the return.
Exceptions
Some items may be excluded from the return policy, such as those altered to fulfil customer requirements or bespoke/custom-made items. Any such exclusions will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
Warranty
Any warranty provided with the item is non-transferable and covers the original purchaser only. Accidental damage or loss is not covered under any circumstances.

- For your peace of mind, we recommend that all returned items are insured to their full value.
- RichDiamonds cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. We strongly encourage customers to use a secure, trackable shipping method and adequate insurance for high-value returns.
