An 18k yellow gold heart drop pendant. The pedant features a large hanging motif with gem-set hearts and a diamond boarder. The gemstones include pink spinel totalling approximately 0.25ct and peridot totalling approximately 0.63ct. The diamonds surrounding the hearts have a total carat weight of approximately 0.68ct. The necklace measures 22 inches in length and the drop measures 2 inches. The necklace has a lobster clasp and a gross weight of 18.2 grams.
