A unique dress ring from the Bouton d'or collection by Van Cleef & Arpels. The ring features a paillette design which includes diamonds, onyx and chrysoprase. The are a total of 23 diamonds totalling 0.68ct. The ring measures 2.8cm in width and 3.5cm in length. The ring is a size K½ with a gross weight of 20.5 grams.
