An 18k white gold heart pendant from the Paloma Picasso collection by Tiffany & Co. The pendant features an openwork heart motif set with 9 round brilliant cut diamonds graduating in size. The diamonds have a total carat weight of approximately 0.05ct, G+ colour and VS clarity. The heart motif measures 1cm in width and 1.5cm in length, with an original white gold 16 inch chain. The pendant has a gross weight of 3.06 grams.
