A platinum heart pendant by Tiffany & Co. from the Hearts collection. The openwork heart motif is set with 8 claw set round brilliant cut diamonds and 8 round sapphires alternating with each other. The round brilliant cut diamonds have a total weight of 0.31ct and the sapphires have a total weight of 0.38ct. The heart measures 1.50cm in width, 1.5cm in height and comes on an original 16 inch chain. The pendant has a gross weight of 4.60 grams.
