A platinum diamond and sapphire ring by Tiffany & Co. The ring is set to the centre with a step cut blue sapphire weighing approximately 0.50ct. The sapphire is complemented by two trilliant cut diamonds totalling approximately 0.30ct. The ring is currently a size I½ but can be adjusted for a perfect fit and has a gross weight of 4.4 grams.
