A vintage pair of 18k yellow gold Ellipse cufflinks from the 1970's by Patek Philippe. Each cufflink is set to the front with a brilliant blue sunburst dial with a polished yellow gold surround, measuring 14mm in height and 16mm in width. The cufflinks have T-bar fittings and have a gross weight of 16.50 grams.
