Leo Pizzo Yellow Gold Multi-Gemstone Heart Pendant

A beautiful 18k yellow gold multi-gemstone Leo Pizzo heart pendant. The pendant comprises of a heart motif encrusted with round brilliant cut diamonds, sapphires, rubies and emeralds. Complementing the heart is a ball motif leading up a chain with 7 round brilliant cut diamonds in the centre of the ball. The diamonds have a total weight of approximately 0.83ct, predominantly G colour VS clarity. The emeralds have a total approximate weight of 0.16ct and the rubies and sapphires have a total approximate weight of 0.12ct each. The pendant features a 17 inch fine cable chain with a lobster clasp fitting and loop. The pendant measures 1.4cm in height and 1.5cm in width and has a gross weight of 8.10 grams.
