An 18k white gold sapphire and diamond Leo Pizzo pendant. The pendant is formed of a pave set, round brilliant cut diamond heart motif featuring pave set blue sapphires around the lower outer edge. The motif has a total diamond weight of 0.42ct, are predominantly colour F/G and VS clarity with a total sapphire weight of 1.01ct, each displaying a deep blue hue. The pendant measures approximately 1.5cm X 1.5cm and comes on an 18k white gold 16 inch chain with a gross weight of 6.85 grams.
