An 18k white & yellow gold heart shape pendant by Kutchinsky. The openwork heart motif displays a boarder of yellow gold and is set with 37 round brilliant cut diamonds totalling approximately 1.47ct, predominantly F colour and VVS-VS in clarity. The pendant measures 2.7 x 3.5cm and has a gross weight of 7.49 grams.
