A beautiful amethyst and diamond ring by KiKi McDonough, the large amethyst totals to approximately 14.45ct. Along with a cluster of round brilliant cut diamonds surrounding the amethyst and on the shoulders weighing approximately 1.75ct.
The ring is currently a size I but can be adjusted for a perfect fit.
