Diamond Drop Earrings in Platinum C.1950 3.60ct G/VS2

An elegant pair of diamond earrings of girandole design c.1950. Each earring is set with four round brilliant cut diamonds between 0.20ct-0.90ct, grain set with smaller diamonds in Platinum. The surmount is set with a 0.20ct diamond with a garland style surround and screw back fitting. The graduated drop of diamonds is fluid in movement, the top diamond is 0.20ct suspending a central 0.40ct diamond to the largest diamond at the bottom approximately 0.90ct. All diamonds are predominantly G in colour VS2 in clarity, all in very good condition. The earrings are 3cm in length, total diamond weight is approximately 3.60ct.
