A beautiful round brilliant cut diamond ring in platinum from the 1895 collection by Cartier.  The ring is set to the centre with a 0.40ct round brilliant cut diamond in a four claw setting, E in colour and VVS2 in clarity and scores an excellent rating in all three aspects of cut, polish and symmetry  - this is known as a triple excellent diamond. The ring is complemented with graduating round brilliant cut diamond half pave shoulders totalling approximately 0.20ct matching in colour and clarity. The ring is currently size K but can be adjusted for a perfect fit and has a gross weight of 3.73 grams.

The ring comes complete with a Cartier presentation box and a GIA diamond report 6147646484 dated May 2012.
