A stunning 18k yellow diamond Maillion Panthere ring from the Links and Chains collection by Cartier. The ring comprises of 18 open brick work design panels with each panel pave set with 4 round brilliant cut diamonds totalling 1.53ct, G colour and VS in clarity. The ring is 8mm in width and is a size J½ with a gross weight of 10.12 grams.
