An 18k white gold diamond set Love ring by Cartier. The ring features the classic screw motif, featuring a ceramic inlay, around the outer edge and has 66 pave set, round brilliant cut diamonds set between each screw, totalling 0.74ct. The ring is a size 60 and has a gross weight is 10.65 grams.
