An iconic 18k yellow gold half diamond ring from the Love collection by Cartier. The ring is set with three round brilliant cut diamonds in a rubover setting which alternate between the iconic screw motif through the centre of the band. The ring is a size S 1/2 and has a gross weight of 9.88 grams.
The ring comes complete with a Cartier presentation box and papers dated November 2013 from Selfirdges London.
