An 18k yellow gold diamond and sapphire bombe ring by Cartier. The ring is set in to the centre with a round cabochon blue sapphire, complemented by pave set round brilliant diamonds totalling approximately 0.75ct, G colour and VS in clarity. The tapered 3mm ring is currently a size M½ but can be adjusted for a perfect fit and has a gross weight of 3.53 grams. The ring comes complete with a RichDiamonds presentation box and our own certificate of authenticity.
