A stunning diamond Maillion Panthere ring from the Links and Chain collection by Cartier. The ring comprises of 18 open brick work design panels with each panel pave set with five round brilliant cut diamonds totalling approximately 1.80ct, G colour and VS in clarity. The ring is 8mm in width and is a size M with a gross weight of 10.12 grams.
