Boucheron Yellow Gold Turquoise & Diamond Dress Ring

An 18k yellow gold dress ring by Boucheron. The ring is in the style of a wave comprising of a single oval cabochon cut turquoise stone, surrounded by a cluster of round brilliant cut diamonds totalling approximately 0.60ct. The ring is currently a size J½ but can be adjusted for a perfect fit and has a gross weight of 5.78 grams.
