An 18k rose gold heart tag charm and chain from the Return to Tiffany collection. The heart tag is engraved in the centre with the infamous 'Return to Tiffany & Co' inscription. The outer edge of the heart is pave set with 44 round brilliant cut diamonds totalling approximately 0.13ct. The charm comes on an original Tiffany & Co 18 inch chain complete with a jump ring clasp and has a gross weight of 4.98 grams.
